On Tuesday, June 13th, 2023, The Cumberland City Police responded to a residence in the 600 block of Henderson Ave for the report of a destruction of property. Once on scene, officers contacted the owner of the property. The owner advised that Jesse Shayde Kenney, 32, had come to the residence and was demanding to be let inside. When the owner refused, Kenney then punched the glass door, breaking it and causing a laceration to his hand. Kenney then fled the area on foot. Kenney was able to be located a short distance away. Due to his injury, Kenney was taken for medical treatment and an application of charges was filed. He was later served with a Criminal Summons and released, pending trial in District Court.

Charges: Malicious Dest. Of Property, Disorderly Conduct, Disturb the Peace.
