CG Enterprises has been a key developer in rejuvenating buildings in downtown Cumberland.  Large remodels of both the McMullen and Rosenbaum buildings have allowed for new upper story apartments and business development along Baltimore Street. CG’s Chris Hendershot talked with WCBC about how the downtown now rivals larger cities in the region…

“You kind of see what other cities have done with their downtowns. I’m familiar with Frederick and Winchester and some different downtowns in the region. I think this is better than what we even thought it was going to be. It turned out nicely, and I think the real story will be what happens over the next couple of years. You know, it is not perfect yet, of course, we’re still working on our projects, but the final product – at least from the construction, and Triton, and the City – they did an amazing job.”
