Events at Constitution Park are taking shape for Halloween this year. Sunday, October 27 from 4 to 7pm children 5-12 years of age can come and participate in happenings at the amphitheater and craft house. While there will be some supply on hand, children are encouraged to bring their own treat bags to be filled with goodies. Parks and Rec Director Ryan Mackey says a costume contest is one of the activities planned…
“A couple different categories, maybe. You know, we’ll kind of gauge what our interest is going to be to how big we do it. So we’ll do that first then we’ll come up here to the craft house area, have some candy being handed out to the kids. Do a hayride, the haunted trail; you know – all that fun stuff.”
