Hagerstown Man Guilty in Adult Care Case

A Hagerstown man has been convicted in a case of abuse of a vulnerable adult. Kehinde Ososanya was found guilty of second-degree abuse and second-degree assault of an adult with autism in his care while employed by the ARC of Washington County. A co-worker witnessed the victim being “karate-chopped” in the neck, punched, and kneed in the rib cage when he had been taken by the ARC employee to an urgent care facility.  Ososanya could be sentenced up to 15 years incarceration.
