West Virginia Governor Patrick Morrisey delivered his first State of the State address Wednesday night in Charleston.  The Republican governor said that with a friendly administration in Washington, he feels that energy innovation will help boost the Mountain State.  Morrisey also described his plans for the West Virginia Power Technology Center, which will involved the collaboration of West Virginia University, Marshall, Shepherd, and Blue Ridge Technical.
