Maryland Governor Wes Moore made a surprise visit to Downtown Cumberland on Thursday morning to look at the progress on the Baltimore Street project. The Governor added his mark to the project by laying a brick at the corner of Liberty and Baltimore Streets. He also visited the Rosenbaum Building and Ottoviani’s Restaurant before attending a presentation at Canal Place on the River Park project.
