Even though it does not yet have a price tag, Governor Wes Moore says the Red Line Transit project for the City of Baltimore is a go. The Red Line, which has been on-again, off-again for decades, is slated to move commuters from western Baltimore County, east through the city and terminate at the Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center.
