The goodbyes for outgoing Maryland Governor Larry Hogan continue as his tenure in office is rapidly coming to a close. Last week he said goodbye to the Board of Public Works at his last meeting with the panel, sharing some heartfelt moments with state colleagues.The meeting was filled with goodbyes, well wishes and messages of thanks as Hogan and Comptroller Peter Franchot finish up the last couple weeks of their terms.
