Melissa Ann Wilson of Oakland entered a guilty plea to possession with intent to distribute Methamphetamine. In July, Garrett County Sheriff’s Deputies conducted a traffic stop on Wilson when they discovered several small bags of methamphetamine and communications where Wilson discussed the sale of the drug.  Wilson was given the maximum five-year sentence, based on a previous conviction for the same charge.
