A South Dakota man has been arrested in Pennsylvania in the murder of a Garrett County woman early Tuesday. Nikolas Patrick James, 46, allegedly shot and killed Juanita Katherine James at her residence on Main Street in Kitzmiller. James is suspected of then setting the home on fire. Police discovered the victim's body in the back of the residence. James was being held in Pittsburgh late Tuesday, pending extradition to Maryland.
