Frostburg State University will require all eligible students, faculty and staff on campus for the Fall 2021 term to provide proof of being fully vaccinated, with approved exemptions. Chancellor Jay Perman of the University System of Maryland (USM), in consultation with the university presidents and other system leaders, made the announcement on Friday that faculty students and staff on all USM campuses are expected to be vaccinated for the fall semester.
