Frostburg State University’s Appalachian Service Through Action Resources AmeriCorps program is holding a Book and Resource Giveaway.  Starting Saturday, April 12 through Wednesday, April 16, the event will be held each day at City Place, 14 South Water Street in Frostburg from 9am to 6pm.  The public can choose from a wide variety of items at no cost.  Supplies are limited.
