BENCH WARRANT SERVED
On Friday, June 7, 2024, the Cumberland Police Department served a bench warrant on David McMillan. The warrant was issued as the result of McMillan failing to appear in court. He was originally charged with Burglary-4th Degree-Store. McMillan was arrested and transported to Central Booking. He was later seen by a District Court Commissioner and held at the Allegany County Detention Center on a Temporary Commitment-Recalcitrant.

BENCH WARRANT SERVED
On Friday, June 7, 2024, the Cumberland Police Department served two bench warrants on Shawn Holloway Jr. The warrants were issued as the result of Holloway failing to comply with an order of the court. In each case, Holloway was originally charged with Theft less than $100. Holloway was arrested and transported to Central Booking. He was later seen by a District Court Commissioner and remanded to the Allegany County Detention Center without bond.
