The Army Reserve continues its Innovative Readiness Training at the Allegany County Fairgrounds through the weekend with completely free dental and veterinary services. Dental services include cleanings, fillings and extractions, exams, and x-rays. Major Kim Nadeau spoke to WCBC News, saying the veterinary services have moved to the fairgrounds from the Animal Shelter due to the prevailing heat index. Services for dogs and cats include exams and rabies shots…
"You can expect Friday through Sunday at the fairgrounds for veterinary services to be in full swing for exams, deworming, wellness checks, rabies vaccinations. As I understand things, we're only offering rabies vaccinations just in case there is any confusion."
