On Friday, September 15, 2023 at approximately 6:15 PM, an officer of the Cumberland Police Department was on patrol in the area of Frederick Street at Linden Street when he observed a vehicle that was parked partially in the travel lane.  The officer contacted the operator who was identified as Dillon Lowery.  Lowery consented to a search and was found to be in possession of suspected crack cocaine.  He was placed under arrest and transported to police headquarters.  Lowery was later released on a criminal citation pending trial.
