Progress continues at the new Frankfort Elementary School in Short Gap.  Located near both the middle and high schools, the pre-K to 4th grade facility will include an 8,000 square foot gymnasium and an art classroom with a kiln area.  The school mascot will be a rocket as voted upon by students and staff to reflect the nearby Rocket Center.
