The Fort Hill Sentinels open their 2025 season with two state football finalists and in midseason play the West Virginia AAA champion.  Fort Hill opens at home with Northern on Saturday, September 6 and then hosts Dunbar Friday, September 12.  Both Northern and Dunbar made it to the state finals in December before losing.  On September 26, Fort Hill travels to Hollidaysburg, which made a deep run in the Pennsylvania state playoffs.  The following Friday, Fort Hill visits Bridgeport, the AAA champion in West Virginia.  Another newcomer to the schedule is North Hagerstown. The Sentinels again play Smithsburg, along with traditional foes Southern, Mountain Ridge, and Allegany.  Except for Homecoming, home games will begin at 6:30 p.m. at Greenway Avenue Stadium.
