Governor Wes Moore took office with a large basket of campaign promises to deliver on.  A recent report from the Department of Legislative Services is showing the price-tag on those promises may be much higher than expected.  The report shows that the budget surplus will be taking a heavy hit over the next few years to pay for programs that Moore has supported including the Blueprint for Education, Earned Income Tax Credits, and the Family and Medical Leave Insurance Program.   WCBC checked in with former Senator George Edwards about the situation and he is in agreement with Delegate Jason Buckel and Senator Mike McKay that perhaps a pause is needed in the rolling out of the Blueprint for Education…
