FLOOD WATCH NOW IN EFFECT FROM SATURDAY AFTERNOON THROUGH LATE
SATURDAY NIGHT...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
  possible.

* WHERE...Garrett County in western Maryland.

* WHEN...From Saturday afternoon through late Saturday night.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
  creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - Rainfall amounts of 1 to 3 inches are likely. The highest
    rainfall totals will be on the western facing slopes in
    central and western Garrett County. The heaviest rainfall
    rates will be Saturday afternoon into Saturday evening.
