Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. Portions of Maryland, including the following counties, Allegany and Washington, northwest Virginia, including the following county, Frederick, and panhandle West Virginia, including the following counties, Berkeley and Morgan until 1100 AM EDT Friday.
Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.
ADDITIONAL DETAILS:
At 421 AM EDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Flooding is already occurring in the warned area. Between 2 and 5.5 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 4 inches are possible in the warned area.

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles.
