Tuesday marks the final day of the 2020-2021 school year for students in the Allegany County Public School system- a ten month period that was dominated by the unpredictability of the coronavirus pandemic.  When students file out of their classrooms and begin summer vacation-  it will bring a close to a school calendar that saw shifting schedules;  closings and reopenings;  hydrid programs;  debates over virtual versus in person learning; and fluid policies coming from the state board of education.  School Board member Deb Frank…
