Following Governor Larry Hogan’s latest directive for local board’s of education to return students and teachers to the classroom no later than March 1st- school systems across Maryland have been scrambling to put those plans into place. Locally, the Allegany County Board of Education approved a plan that will see a gradual, incremental return to the classroom beginning February 8th- but with the overwhelming majority of kids not returning until March.
