Friday, June 14th is National Flag Day and the Frostburg Elks will celebrate by holding a Flag Day Ceremony in the lodge parking lot at 6:00pm. The ceremony by Elks officers will include music performed by the Frostburg Arion Band. A history of different flags used throughout America’s past will be presented, assisted by Boy Scouts and Webelos from Troop and Pack 24, the Frostburg American Legion color guard and members of Frostburg City Police. The ceremony is open to the public.
