Traffic will be slow moving across the Chesapeake Bay Bridge this Sunday as the annual Bay Bridge Run takes up the east-bound span between midnight and 2pm. Traffic will be two-way on the westbound span while the event takes place. Organizer Lee Corrigan said last year’s run attracted a record 18,000 participants and gives the bay and bridge nationwide attention…
