On Monday, July 15, 2024 at approximately 1:30 PM, officers of the Cumberland Police Department responded to a residence in the 1500 block of E. Oldtown Rd. for an assault.  Police arrived and contacted the parties involved.  An alleged victim reported that Tammy Johnson had assaulted him.  The victim had sustained injuries.  Johnson was arrested and transported to Central Booking.  She was later seen by a District Court Commissioner and released on her personal recognizance.
