On July 31st, 2023 officers of the Cumberland Police Department responded to the 800 block of Bedford Street for a motor vehicle crash. Upon officer’s arrival they observed four parked cars to have been struck by a vehicle being operated by Donna Blair. Officers conducted their investigation and observed criminal indicators that led them to requesting a K-9 to respond. Additionally, the officer observed evidence of impairment, and requested Blair to perform Standardized Field Sobriety Tests, which she agreed to. The officer observed further evidence of impairment and placed Blair under arrest for driving under the influence. A K-9 responded and indicated a positive alert of the vehicle, and after a subsequent search of the vehicle items of paraphernalia were located. Blair was placed under arrest and later released on citations.

Arrest: Donna Mae Blair, age 52, Cumberland Maryland.
Charges: Driving Under the Influence Related Citations, Possession of Paraphernalia.
