National Prescription Drug Take Back Day.  The Maryland State Police and the Drug Enforcement Administration ask residents to always dispose of unneeded prescription medications properly.  The Take-Back day happens twice a year enabling people to dispose of unwanted prescription drugs while learning about medication use.  A drug collection box can be located at the Maryland State Police Barracks on National Highway in LaVale.
