The Allegany County Board of Education recognized Dr. Joseph Thompson as the Allegany County Teacher of the year during their regular meeting on Tuesday.  Jenny Ramsey, Teacher of the Year Coordinator, detailed some of the accomplishments of the Fort Hill High School Music Department teacher.
