Downtown Cumberland continued its reopening celebration Saturday. A parade at noon marched down Liberty Street, featuring the marching bands of Allegany and Fort Hill. Bounce houses covered Centre Street throughout the day and music played until 10 p.m. Streets will open for public use Tuesday.
