WCBC news has learned of a diesel pump explosion at Loves Truck Stop in Cumberland. According to emergency dispatch the fire was already out by the time emergency personnel arrived on the scene. The explosion was reportedly caused by a tractor trailers brakes, There were no injuries reported.
