The originator of the Tri-State Concert Series, H. Dennis "Denny" Knippenberg has passed away at the age of 84. Knippenberg spent 17 years hosting the Legends of Rock and Roll series. In his professional career, he was the founder of Knippenberg Insurance Agency in 1970. He also coached little league baseball and Pee Wee football and served as President of the Hot Stove League. He is survived by his wife Patricia and three children: Craig Knippenberg, Kim Iannantuono and husband Scott, and Michelle Mosser and husband Bryan. Adams Family Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
