The 46th annual PACE Reception was held at the Westin Annapolis Thursday evening and WCBC spoke with Delegate Jason Buckel, who is the House Minority Leader. Buckel said that opposition to Republican policies in the state capital often stem from sincere policy and economic differences between urban areas and Mountain Maryland.
Delegate Jason Buckel is the House Minority Leader and that afforded him the opportunity for ceremonial duties at this week’s inauguration of Governor Wes Moore. Buckel told WCBC at the PACE reception that projects like Rolling Mill and the downtown mall are starting points for bigger, game changing projects, but slow completion impedes momentum.
