NBC News in Washington is projecting that April McClain Delaney will win the 6th District Congressional Race in Maryland. On Friday, votes were still being counted in the hotly contested race that had a razor-thin margin. The two candidates were almost evenly split in the voting, but with about 35,000 votes still to count, mostly in Montgomery County - NBC News believes Delaney will come out on top. The Associated Press has not yet made a call in the race.
