The Cumberland Mayor and City Council meets Tuesday afternoon with a work session and a public session to follow.  Work session topics include the skatepark, Rolling Mill, and an update from lobbyist Rich Reinhardt.  The public meeting includes a decision on closing the Queen City Drive underpass indefinitely for cleaning and evaluation.
