On Saturday, February 3, 2024 at approximately 11:00 AM, an officer of the Cumberland Police Department took the report of a theft that occurred in the 100 block of Decatur Street.  The victim reported that someone stole a black suitcase that had been left on the sidewalk.  Anyone with any information related to this incident is encouraged to call the Cumberland Police Department at 301-777-1600 or the Allegany-Mineral County Crimesolvers at 877-722-4307.  Callers can remain anonymous.
