The Downtown Development Commission’s recent meeting focused on the parking situation on Baltimore Street where most merchants voiced frustration.  Larry Jackson, DDC Chair, attended Tuesday’s Mayor and City Council meeting and expressed the DDC’s disappointment in the City for not consulting them and the planning committee of Baltimore Street. “To me that is very disappointing.  I don’t know how such an important decision could be made without proper discussion, proper data and vetting. The city just made a major investment to the tune of 17 million and now risks wrecking a lot of the positivity with this situation and that’s a big concern of mine.”
