The second Winter Festival takes place today starting at 4pm on Baltimore, Liberty, and Centre Streets in downtown Cumberland. Melinda Kelleher, Executive Director of the Downtown Development Commission says that this year will feature two stages. A community stage at the North end of Baltimore Street with choirs and schools performing and a second stage for band performances at Liberty square parklet…

"On the main stage we will have Tennessee Mojo, Replay Vintage pop, Slick Rick and the Blaze, and Pat Miller and the High Heels. The community stage will be more of community groups so the Frostburg Chamber singers, Tiffany Sites and Brianna Merkel acoustic artist, Frankfort Middle School band and the Souls 1 choir. Come on down and join us for the Winter Festival taking place from 4:00 to 9:00 p.m. today."
