The stage is already set up in front of the waterfall on Liberty Street park in Historic City Center for the celebration this year. The ball drop will be off the Cumberland Arms building at midnight along with fireworks at the Baltimore Street bridge by the railroad tracks. Melinda Kelleher, Executive Director Downtown Development Commission says DJ Jimmy Hook will begin playing music at 10:30PM and she will be handing out party items at the DDC booth by the stage. The Baltimore Street bridge from Mechanic up to Green Street will be closed at 9PM to prepare for the fireworks.
