The Cumberland Police served a Criminal Summons on Daniel Keith Gibson, age 26, of Cumberland, MD. The Summons charged Gibson with Theft $100 to less than $1,500. The charges were the result of an investigation on August 17, 2022 where Gibson stole a lawnmower from a business on the 200 block of N. Mechanic St. He was released pending trial.
The Cumberland Police served a Criminal Summons on Mary Concetta Yoder, age 46, of Cumberland, MD. The Summons charged Yoder with Theft Less than $100 following an investigation on August 12, 2022 where Yoder was alleged to have shoplifted from a Park St business. She was released pending trial.
The Cumberland Police served a Criminal Summons on Nicholas Craig Moreland, age 31 of Cumberland MD. The Summons charged Moreland with Malicious Destruction of Property from an incident that occurred on August 14, 2022. Video footage showed Moreland breaking a window on a Park St business. He was released pending trial.

On Friday June 3rd, 2022, officers of the Cumberland Police Department served a Criminal Summons on Curtis McAllister. The Criminal Summons was issued by the District Court stemming from
an assault that occurred on April 24th, 2022. During the incident officers responded to the 500 block of Centre Street for an assault. Upon officer’s arrival they spoke with the victim and learned that
McAllister had slapped them in the face. An application for charges was completed against McAllister and the Criminal Summons was issued. McAllister signed for his Criminal Summons and was
released pending his trial at District Court.
Arrest: Curtis Tyrell McAllister, age 42, Lavale Maryland.
Charge: Assault Second Degree.
On Friday June 3rd, 2022, officers of the Cumberland Police Department served a Criminal Summons on Cynthia Twigg. The Criminal Summons was issued by the District Court stemming from a destruction of property incident that occurred on May 27th, 2022. During the incident officers responded to the 1200 block of Willowbrook Road where they were advised Twigg had broken several items. An application for charges was completed against Twigg and the Criminal Summons was issued. Twigg signed for her Criminal Summons and was released pending her trial at the District Court.
Arrest: Cynthia Twigg, age 57, Mt Savage Maryland.
Charge: Destruction of Property.
