On Saturday, October 26, 2024, the Cumberland Police Department served a Circuit Court bench warrant on Bruce Williams. The warrant was issued as the result of Williams violating probation. He was originally charged with Reg Firearm: Illegal Possession. Williams was arrested and transported to the Allegany County Detention Center where he is currently being held without bond pending his initial appearance before the court.

On Saturday, October 26, 2024, the Cumberland Police Department served a bench warrant on Mark Tallman. The warrant was issued as the result of Tallman violating probation. He was originally charged with Theft less than $100. Tallman was arrested and seen by a District Court Commissioner for a bond hearing. At the conclusion, he was remanded to the Allegany County Detention Center on a $1,000 bond.
