On Friday the Cumberland Police Department served a bench warrant on Michael Paul Haymond. The warrant was issued by District Court for failing to appear for trial on February 2nd for CDS charges. He was taken before the District Court Commissioner and was released on his own personal recognizance pending trial.

On Friday, May 03, 2019, the Cumberland Police served two Arrest Warrants on Michael Sharon, age 36 of Cumberland. The first Warrant was a Bench Warrant for Sharon failing to appear on March 27, 2019 for the original charge of disorderly conduct. The second Warrant charged Sharon with two counts of possession not marijuana and dangerous weapon-conceal. Sharon was transported to District Court for his Initial Appearance and released after posting a combined $6000 bond.
