On 09/15/2020 the Cumberland City Police Department served an arrest warrant on Jeremiah Daniel Martin. The warrant was issued when Mr. Martin failed to appear in District Court on a previous possession of a controlled dangerous substance charge. Mr. Martin was taken before a District Court Commissioner and remanded to the Allegany County Detention Center on a $5,000.00 bond.
