Melvin Gray Tyson, Jr. was arrested on a Grand Jury indictment for alleged sex offenses against a child in his care. Six charges included second-degree rape, sexual abuse of a child, neglect of a minor and contributing to the condition of a child. He is being held without bond at the Allegany County Detention Center pending his trial.
