The Cumberland Mayor and City Council will get their initial look at the Fiscal 2023 budget Tuesday afternoon during a 5 PM public work session in the conference room. Council will also get a preview of the 6:15 agenda, along with a presentation on plans for the storage of the fascade of the old Allegany High School.
Part of Tuesday's consent agenda for the Cumberland Mayor and City Council is a declaration tranferring city owned parcels related to the Memorial Hospital area to the Cumberland Economic Development Corporation. The move would fulfill terms of an agreement with the CEDC initially executed in July of 2015. An RFP may follow.

The Cumberland Mayor and City Council will meet in closed session Tuesday to discuss proposals for the East Side School property. After that, they'll hold their public meeting, including consideration of two ordinances. One deals with parking trucks and equipment on city streets, the other a rezoning to business commercial for five properties on Elm Street.
Several items are on the consent agenda. Council is expected to increase the contract with The EADS Group for additional engineering design services for the New Baltimore Street Town Center Project by $311,000.
