CSX Corporation has been honored as a Climate Leader by USA Today for 2024. This is the second year CSX has achieved recognition for its reductions in emissions.
CSX’s greenhouse gas emissions reduction goal is among the most aggressive in the transportation industry, targeting a 37.3% reduction in greenhouse gas intensity by 2030. The company is leveraging advanced locomotive technologies, operating practices, and innovation in alternative fuels to move closer to this goal.
