On Wednesday, September 4, 2024, the Cumberland Police Department served a Criminal Summons on Christopher King. The Allegany County District Court issued the summons as a result of a citizen complaint. King was served with the summons and released pending his trial at District Court.
Arrest: Christopher Chase King, age 41, Cumberland, Maryland.
Charge: Malicious Destruction of Property.
On Wednesday, September 4, 2024, the Cumberland Police Department served a Body Attachment on Dylan Gregory. The Allegany County Circuit Court issued the Attachment for child support noncompliance. Gregory was arrested and taken before a District Court Commissioner where he was released on his own recognizance pending trial.
Arrest: Dylan Ty Gregory, age 23, Cumberland, Maryland.
Charge: Child Support Noncompliance.
