On Friday, January 12th, 2024, the Cumberland City Police served a Criminal Summons on Aubrey Anne Strachan, 36, of Cumberland MD. The summons was in reference to an incident that occurred on January 6th in the 900 block of Gay St. During the incident it is alleged that Strachan had entered a neighbor’s apartment without permission due to an argument over loud music. Strachan was served the summons and released, pending trial in District Court.
