On October 6, 2024, Officers of the Cumberland Police Department served two individuals with Criminal Citations for trespassing on Posted Property. Officers responded to a Baltimore Avenue residence that was posted by the City of Cumberland. The residence was posted “not fit for human habitation”. Officers made contact with two individuals that were observed inside the residence. Both individuals were issued a Criminal Citation prior to being released from the scene.
Arrest: Joshua Dale Smith, age 34, Keyser, West Virginia.
Arrest: Tiffany Lynn Whetzel, age 36, Cumberland, Maryland.
Charges: Criminal Citation, Trespass on Posted Property.
