The Maryland Department of Housing announced more than $2.9 million in grants through the federal Community Development Block Grant program for Fiscal Year 2025 for projects in Western Maryland. Included are infrastructure upgrades to separate combined sewer lines and eliminate overflow in the City of Frostburg. Frostburg, Maryland, Mayor Todd Logsdon says the funding will enable Frostburg to continue their projects on combined sewer overflow.
