On Saturday July 13th, 2024 at approximately 1:28 am, officers of the Cumberland Police Department responded to the 200 block of Columbia Street for a reported breaking and entering. Upon officer’s arrival they located with the suspect, Brandon Spiker. Officers spoke with him about the incident and learned that Spiker had made entry into a residence in the 200 block of Independence Street, and removed items from an attached garage. Spiker was placed under arrest and later taken before a District Court Commissioner where he was held on a $5,000 bond.
Arrest: Brandon Lee Spiker, age 39, Cumberland Maryland.
Charge: Burglary First Degree, Burglary Fourth Degree, Disorderly Conduct.
